Synopsis

The seagulls of St. Kilda beach work as janitors for the Beach Animals Corporation (BAC) They clean and maintain the beach for everyone, that is until they want a day off.

Gazza and Shano go to their boss, ‘Boss’, asking for a little time off before the Grand Final so they can rest, relax and enjoy some Aussie Rules.

Cruelly denied a break once again, they decide enough is enough. Forming the ‘Seagull Union’, Gazza leads his fellow gulls in a general strike to get what they deserve.

Boss is completely overwhelmed and relents signing the union’s agreement.

Gazza returns to his comrades successful and the seagulls return to work.

An interview on ‘Three Corners’ results in Boss replacing the seagulls with scab ibis workers. Without the seagulls to clean the beach properly, rubbish piles up.

Boss spiral downwards as his leadership crumbles and the rubbish becomes overwhelming.
